How to place an order:
Online
Add items to our secure shopping basket. Proceed to check out and fill in the appropriate details to pay and arrange delivery. You can also register so that you can retrieve your details in future (This does not include your credit card details). If you’ve already registered online with us, simply enter your email address and password.
We accept payment by: VISA and MASTERCARD credit or debit card. You will receive a confirmation email from us to acknowledge receipt of your order. If you're experiencing difficulties placing an order, please email us with details of the problem and we'll try to resolve it as quickly as possible.
In person
Our shop is open to callers 9.00am - 5.00pm Tuesday - Friday. Click on the Contact Us section for a map and directions. Please note that we are closed on Mondays.

How do I find an item on the website?
You can choose a product category from the menu on the left of the screen or use the search box at the top of the screen. You can search by item, brand name, product type or by our stock codes.
If you are looking for a specific item and do not see it on our site, please email us as we are always adding new items to our stock.
Delivery Information
For online orders to UK mainland addresses, our delivery and packaging charge is £5.50+VAT
Large and heavy orders are sent by UPS for next day delivery which requires a signature on delivery. Small orders will where possible be packed in jiffy style padded bags and sent by Royal Mail letter post at a reduced charge of £3.50 + VAT.
For International orders (including Eire): when you get to the payment stage you will not be asked to enter your card details. Click ‘Finish & Pay’ and your order will be sent to us for review. We will finalise the cost of your order including shipping and VAT and send you an email with a link to our website, ready for you to approve. Click on the link to log into your order. You are not able to make changes to the order at this stage. Complete the transaction through to the payment stage and we will then process your order. Please complete the payment process within 10 days of receiving our review email or the order will be cancelled.
Orders over £420 including VAT will be sent with no delivery and packaging charges. These charges are subject to change without notice.
Returns Information
Goods may not be returned for replacement or credit without first obtaining a 'Returns Reference number' from our sales office.
If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct a handling charge from the refund amount. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.
