Delivery Information

For online orders to UK mainland addresses, our delivery and packaging charge is £5.50+VAT

Large and heavy orders are sent by UPS which requires a signature on delivery. Small orders will where possible be packed in jiffy style padded bags and sent by Royal Mail letter post at a reduced charge of £3.50 + VAT.

For International orders (including Eire): when you get to the payment stage you will not be asked to enter your card details. Click ‘Finish & Pay’ and your order will be sent to us for review. We will finalise the cost of your order including shipping and VAT and send you an email with a link to our website, ready for you to approve. Click on the link to log into your order. You are not able to make changes to the order at this stage. Complete the transaction through to the payment stage and we will then process your order.

Orders over £420 including VAT will be sent with no delivery and packaging charges. These charges are subject to change without notice.

Due to shipping safety regulations, we are not permitted to ship some items outside of the United Kingdom. Varnish, lacquer, solvents and some adhesives cannot be shipped internationally.
