How to place an order
Add items to our secure shopping basket. Proceed to checkout and fill in the appropriate details to pay and arrange delivery. You can also register so that you can retrieve your details in future (This does not include your credit card details). If you’ve already registered online with us, simply enter your email address and password. If you are a trade user who has previously registered with us, please contact us if you have difficulty logging in and we will send you a new password.
We accept payment by: VISA and MASTERCARD credit or debit card. All online card payments are processed securely through SagePay. You will receive a confirmation email from us to acknowledge receipt of your order. If you're experiencing difficulties placing an order, please email us with details of the problem and we'll try to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Our shop is open to callers 9.00am - 5.00pm Tuesday - Friday. (Closed for lunch between 1.00 and 2.00pm) Click on the Contact Us section for a map and directions. Please note that we are closed on Mondays.
How do I find an item on the website?
You can choose a product category from the menu on the left of the screen or use the search box at the top of the screen. You can search by item, brand name, product type or by our stock codes.
If you are looking for a specific item and do not see it on our site, please email us as we are always adding new items to our stock.
For online orders to UK mainland addresses
Our delivery and packaging charge is £5.00+VAT. Orders over £75+VAT will be sent with no delivery and packaging charges. These charges are subject to change without notice.
Large and heavy orders are sent by UPS for next day delivery which requires a signature on delivery.
For International orders (including Eire):
We accept orders from many countries. All countries that we ship to are available within the checkout. The shipping charge will be calculated for you at checkout. These charges are subject to change without notice.
We are unable to accept orders placed in one country for delivery to an alternative country.
Goods may not be returned for replacement or credit without first obtaining a 'Returns Reference number' from our sales office.
If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct a handling charge from the refund amount. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.
