Shipping and Returns
For online orders to UK mainland addresses, our delivery and packaging charge is £5.00+VAT.
UK orders over £50+VAT will be sent with no delivery and packaging charges. These charges are subject to change without notice.
Large and heavy orders are sent by UPS which requires a signature on delivery. Smaller orders are sent by Royal Mail post.
For International orders (including Eire), the shipping charge will
be calculated for you at checkout. Please note that we are unable to
accept orders placed in one country for delivery to an alternative
country. For international orders, you may have to pay
duty and tax on items you have bought, depending on your country. As the buyer, you are responsible for any such charges.
Please note: due to shipping safety regulations, we are not
permitted to ship some items outside of the United Kingdom. Varnish,
lacquer, solvents and some adhesives cannot be shipped internationally. In addition these items cannot be shipped to Northern Ireland.
